In my career as a manager in Defense and Tech, I connected with the idea of project-based work many years ago. But right, working for a company who held the control, it didn't happen.
I want to create offers to support that industry because I believe in the projects and overall initiatives. I have no intention of returning to that market. However, they still need well-trained people and I can meet that need. We'll see if I end up creating the courses and simulators at some point in my future.
