I love the Led Zepellin Stairway references. As usual, Brian keeps it interesting and moves it forward.

I’m glad you got that! My editor (wife) totally missed it.

"There are two paths you can go by.." got my attention.

"There's still time..." brought it home

Can't unsee it now.

Oh I see it now 😅

Great article, Brian. Very helpful. And I see I'm not the only one who spotted the Stairway to Heaven lines. Nice touch!

I’m ready to get started, Brian.

This! Yes, Brian! Completely agree about how building agents are the way to scale. I’m doing that now in my own work and, the only problem (if you can call it that) is that my brain gets fatigued by working on so many engagements at once. I now work beyond what I used to consider my cap. The balance? More biking, more travel, more social life. Not bad at all!

I haven't really trusted that side of myself yet.

Hey Shaun. What do you mean?

I think I’ve spent most of my career trusting my storytelling instincts, but not fully trusting my ability to systemize them.

Your piece hit me because I’m realizing the real leverage may not be “working faster with AI,” but finally documenting the workflows, judgment calls, and narrative frameworks I’ve been carrying around in my head for years.

Ah yes, same for me. I've never been a "systems guy" but now I see the beauty of it with AI. Truly allows me to grow with new skills.
