Module 4, Lesson 1: The Journey

How to map the experience you create, from the moment someone discovers you to the moment they become a client and beyond.

Why the Journey Is the Last Framework You Complete

The Journey was introduced in Module 2 as the fifth element of the Leading Expert Framework. It was named, explained, and deliberately left unfinished.

That was by design.

The Journey maps the experience your ideal prospect has as they move from their ordinary world to the transformation your work creates. But you can’t make a map if you don’t know the terrain.

Without a clear audience portrait, you’re guessing at the ordinary world your prospect starts from. Without a platform and a traffic strategy, you’ve got a journey with no starting point. And without an offer, you don’t know where the journey is supposed to end.

Your map needs all three, and now you have them. The audience work in Module 2 gave you the portrait. The platform work in Module 3 gave you the infrastructure. Module 4 will give you the offer architecture.
